Responsibilities:
Team Members will compile the Pre-Qualification Form that your new client will submit via email or fax. Once your client’s Pre-Qualification form is reviewed by our office and Approved you then will be instructed to proceed with building your file. After congratulation your client of their approval you may begin to create their file by gathering all forms contained in their welcome package. The completed file will then be reviewed by our Underwriting Department.
